About the Program:
It's time to give your body the gift of a Detox. Scandi's Revive & Thrive Detox program is not about deprivation but a celebration of natural, delicious whole foods. Say goodbye to the extremes of juice cleanses and extended water fasts—our approach is sustainable and enjoyable.
For four weeks (5X 60min sessions), we'll focus on avoiding inflammatory foods, such as gluten, dairy, caffeine, sugar, and alcohol. It's a holistic journey, not just about what you eat, but also about when you eat. Intermittent Fasting will be introduced, allowing your body the necessary time each night to recover cells and generate new ones.
