Transformative living - A 4-Week Beginners' Guide to Intermittent Fasting and Detox
Are you ready to kick off the new year with a positive change in your lifestyle? Join our 4-week beginners' course designed to introduce you to the principles of Intermittent Fasting and Detox, providing you with a holistic approach to wellness. This course focuses on sustainable, long-term changes rather than quick fixes, promoting a "no-diet" philosophy.
The course is being held at the Matua bowls club room 7 pm each Tuesday starting the 16th of January 2024. It will be a safe and supportive environment where we will share our successes and challenges.
Spend three days and two nights in a lush surrounding, in the company of other like-minded people, eating wonderfully healthy food. This retreat focuses on disconnecting from the busy world we live in and re-connecting with ourselves. Only a few more spots are available for our October retreat, in Paradise Valley, Rotorua.
